These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Tech VPN Pro application and related VPN services (“Service”) provided by Xylo Solution LLC (“Xylo Solution,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By downloading, accessing, purchasing, or using Tech VPN Pro, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the Service.
1. The Tech VPN Pro Service
Tech VPN Pro provides VPN connectivity designed to help users establish a secure network connection using the IKEv2 VPN protocol and Apple’s native VPN networking technologies.
The Service may include free and paid features, depending on the version of the application and the offers available through the Apple App Store.
2. Eligibility
You may use Tech VPN Pro only if you are legally permitted to enter into these Terms under the laws applicable to you.
If you are using the Service on behalf of another person or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that person or organization to these Terms.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Tech VPN Pro only for lawful purposes.
You must not use the Service to:
- Violate applicable laws or regulations
- Commit fraud or facilitate fraudulent activity
- Gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, networks, or services
- Distribute malware, viruses, or other malicious software
- Conduct unauthorized vulnerability testing or attacks
- Conduct denial-of-service or distributed denial-of-service attacks
- Distribute content that you do not have the legal right to distribute
- Infringe intellectual property rights
- Harass, threaten, or harm other people
- Abuse, disrupt, or interfere with our infrastructure
- Attempt to circumvent reasonable security controls for unlawful purposes
- Use the Service in a manner that could cause damage to our systems or third-party systems
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect our Service, users, infrastructure, or comply with applicable law.
4. No VPN Activity Logging
We do not intentionally log, monitor, record, or store your VPN browsing activity.
This includes, to the extent described in our Privacy Policy:
- Websites visited
- DNS queries
- VPN traffic contents
- Applications or services accessed
- Destination IP addresses associated with VPN activity
Limited technical information associated with the application may nevertheless be processed by services such as Firebase depending on the components and configuration used by the current version of the application.
5. Privacy
Your use of Tech VPN Pro is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Our Privacy Policy explains:
- What information may be processed
- How information is processed
- The role of Firebase and other service providers
- Data retention
- Data deletion
- GDPR rights
- Our commitment regarding VPN activity data
6. Third-Party Services
Tech VPN Pro may use third-party technologies and services, including Firebase.
Third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
We do not authorize third-party services to use VPN browsing activity or VPN traffic for advertising, profiling, or unrelated commercial purposes.
7. Subscriptions and Payments
Certain features may require a paid subscription or other purchase through Apple’s App Store.
Purchases made through Apple are processed by Apple.
Subscription prices, billing periods, free trials, renewal terms, and available offers are displayed through the applicable Apple purchase interface.
Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled in accordance with Apple’s applicable subscription-management rules.
You are responsible for managing your subscription through your Apple account.
8. Free Trials and Promotional Offers
We may offer free trials, introductory pricing, promotional pricing, or other special offers.
The terms of each offer will be displayed at the time the offer is presented.
Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers may be subject to eligibility restrictions and may be changed or discontinued at any time.
9. Refunds
Refunds for purchases made through Apple’s App Store are handled according to Apple’s applicable policies and procedures.
Xylo Solution LLC does not directly process Apple App Store payment transactions.
10. Service Availability
We aim to provide a reliable VPN service but do not guarantee that the Service will:
- Always be available
- Operate without interruption
- Operate without errors
- Provide a specific connection speed
- Provide access to every website or online service
- Work on every network or device
- Circumvent every network restriction
- Remain available in every country or territory
The availability and performance of VPN connections may depend on your device, internet connection, network operator, geographic location, server availability, third-party networks, and other factors outside our control.
11. Internet and Third-Party Services
Tech VPN Pro does not control websites, applications, platforms, content providers, internet service providers, or other third-party services that you access while connected to the VPN.
Third parties may block, restrict, or modify access to their services.
Your use of third-party services remains subject to their respective terms and policies.
12. No Guarantee of Anonymity
Tech VPN Pro is designed to provide VPN privacy and security features.
However, use of a VPN does not guarantee complete anonymity or protection against every form of tracking, identification, surveillance, malware, phishing, or security threat.
You remain responsible for your own online security and conduct.
13. Intellectual Property
Tech VPN Pro, including its software, interface, branding, graphics, text, logos, and other content provided by Xylo Solution LLC, is owned by or licensed to Xylo Solution LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except as expressly permitted by law or these Terms, you may not:
- Copy
- Modify
- Distribute
- Sell
- Lease
- Reverse engineer
- Decompile
- Disassemble
- Create derivative works from
the Service or its components.
Nothing in these Terms prevents you from exercising rights that cannot legally be restricted.
14. App Store Terms
If you download Tech VPN Pro through Apple’s App Store, your use of the application is also subject to Apple’s applicable terms and policies.
Apple is not responsible for providing or maintaining the VPN Service.
To the extent required by Apple’s terms, Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce applicable provisions against you.
15. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if:
- You materially violate these Terms
- You use the Service unlawfully
- Your use threatens the security or operation of our infrastructure
- We are required to do so by law
- We discontinue the Service
Termination does not affect provisions that by their nature should survive termination.
16. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We disclaim warranties not expressly provided in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability, except where such disclaimers are prohibited by applicable law.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Xylo Solution LLC and its officers, members, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
18. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Xylo Solution LLC and its officers, members, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from:
- Your unlawful use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of third-party rights
- Your misuse of the Service
19. GDPR and European Users
Where applicable, Xylo Solution LLC will process personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws, including the GDPR.
Your privacy rights and our data-processing practices are described in our Privacy Policy.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
20. Children
Tech VPN Pro is not specifically directed at children.
You must comply with applicable age requirements and laws when using the Service.
21. Changes to the Service
We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue portions of the Service from time to time.
We may also release updates, security patches, compatibility changes, and feature changes.
Continued use of the Service after an update may be subject to the then-current version of these Terms.
22. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
When we make material changes, we may provide notice through the application or another reasonable method where required by law.
The updated Terms will become effective on the date stated at the beginning of the revised Terms.
23. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Xylo Solution LLC, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws provide otherwise.
24. Dispute Resolution
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact us at business@xylosolution.com and provide a reasonable opportunity to resolve the dispute.
Nothing in this section prevents you from exercising mandatory rights available to you under applicable consumer-protection laws.
25. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
26. Entire Agreement
These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the principal agreement between you and Xylo Solution LLC regarding your use of Tech VPN Pro, except where additional terms are presented for specific services or purchases.
