Xylo Solution LLC (“Xylo Solution,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Tech VPN Pro mobile application and related VPN services (collectively, the “Service”).
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and process when you use Tech VPN Pro, how we use that information, the third-party services that help us operate the application, and your privacy rights.

1. Information We Collect
Tech VPN Pro collects and processes limited information necessary to provide user accounts, operate the VPN service, manage subscriptions, maintain application functionality, and provide technical support.

Account Information
When you create a Tech VPN Pro account, we collect your:

- Account/user identifier
- Authentication information necessary to securely maintain your account
We use this information to create and maintain your account, authenticate you, provide account-related functionality, and associate your account with applicable Service information.
Subscription and Purchase Information
Tech VPN Pro uses RevenueCat to manage in-app subscriptions and purchases.
Depending on your purchases and the way RevenueCat is configured in the application, information processed may include:
- Subscription status
- Product or entitlement information
- Purchase and transaction information
- Subscription renewal or expiration information
- App User ID or other account-related identifier
- Information necessary to determine which premium features are available to your account
Payments made through Apple’s App Store are processed by Apple. We do not directly collect or store your complete payment card information.
RevenueCat helps us determine the subscription and entitlement status associated with your account.
Technical and Diagnostic Information
The application may process limited technical, diagnostic, and performance information through Firebase and other application services.
Depending on the Firebase components actually enabled in the application, this may include:
- Application version
- Operating system version
- Device-related technical information
- Application installation or instance identifiers

- SDK-related technical information
The exact information processed depends on the Firebase products and configuration used in the current version of the application.
2. VPN Activity and Traffic
Tech VPN Pro is designed so that we do not intentionally log, monitor, record, sell, rent, or store your VPN browsing activity or the contents of your VPN traffic.
We do not intentionally collect or retain:
- Websites you visit while connected to the VPN
- DNS queries made through the VPN
- VPN browsing history
- Contents of your VPN traffic
- Destination IP addresses associated with your VPN browsing activity
- Applications or services you access through the VPN
- Files, messages, passwords, or other content transmitted through the VPN
We do not use VPN traffic for advertising, behavioral profiling, or marketing.
The existence of a Tech VPN Pro account does not change this commitment.
3. VPN Technology
Tech VPN Pro uses the IKEv2 VPN protocol through Apple’s native VPN networking technologies.
The VPN connection is established using Apple’s VPN framework and the appropriate system-managed VPN functionality.
Our VPN service is designed to transmit network traffic through the VPN connection without intentionally creating logs of your browsing activity, DNS queries, websites visited, destination information, or traffic contents.
4. Supabase Authentication
Tech VPN Pro uses Supabase Auth to provide account registration and authentication.
When you create an account, your email address and account-related authentication information are processed by Supabase.
Supabase Auth may maintain information such as:
- Your email address
- A unique user ID
- Authentication status
- Email verification status
- Authentication/session information
- Other information required to securely operate your account
We use this information to:
- Create your Tech VPN Pro account
- Authenticate you
- Maintain your account session
- Associate your account with Service features
- Provide account-related support
- Associate eligible subscription entitlements with your account
Supabase processes this information as a service provider supporting our application.
We do not use your account email address to monitor your VPN browsing activity.
5. RevenueCat
Tech VPN Pro uses RevenueCat to manage in-app subscriptions and purchases.
RevenueCat may process information required to manage customer entitlements and subscription status, which can include an App User ID and purchase/subscription information.
We use RevenueCat to:
- Validate subscription status
- Manage premium entitlements
- Determine whether an account has access to paid features
- Process subscription-related information
- Maintain subscription functionality across supported devices where applicable
RevenueCat does not receive or process the contents of your VPN traffic for the purpose of providing subscription functionality.

6. Apple App Store Purchases
Subscriptions and in-app purchases made through the Apple App Store are processed through Apple’s payment system.
Xylo Solution LLC does not receive or store your complete payment card number through Tech VPN Pro.
Apple may provide the application with transaction or purchase information necessary to determine the status of an in-app purchase or subscription.
Subscription billing, payment processing, cancellation, and refunds are subject to Apple’s applicable terms and policies.
7. Firebase
Tech VPN Pro uses Google Firebase for certain application-related functionality.
Different Firebase products process different types of information.
For example:
- Firebase Core does not itself collect data.
- Firebase Crashlytics may process crash reports, application state, device information, and operating-system information.
- Firebase Performance may process application performance information and IP addresses.
- Firebase Analytics may process application usage and event information if enabled.
- Other Firebase products may process additional information depending on how they are configured.
The actual information collected depends on the Firebase SDK components installed and enabled in the current version of Tech VPN Pro.
We do not intentionally configure Firebase to collect or analyze:
- VPN browsing history
- Websites visited through the VPN
- DNS query history
- VPN traffic contents
- Destination IP addresses associated with your VPN browsing activity
Firebase is used for application-related functions such as diagnostics, reliability, performance, security, and other functionality that we explicitly configure.
8. How We Use Information
We may use information to:
- Create and manage user accounts
- Authenticate users
- Provide the VPN service
- Establish and maintain VPN functionality
- Manage subscriptions and premium entitlements
- Validate in-app purchases
- Provide customer support
- Diagnose technical problems
- Detect and resolve application crashes
- Improve application reliability and performance
- Maintain application security
- Prevent abuse and unauthorized access
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not use VPN browsing activity for advertising or behavioral profiling.
9. No Sale or Monetization of VPN Data
We do not sell, rent, license, or monetize your VPN browsing activity or VPN traffic.
We do not sell your:
- Browsing history
- DNS queries
- VPN traffic
- Websites visited
- Destination IP addresses associated with VPN activity
- Contents of communications transmitted through the VPN
We do not disclose VPN traffic data to advertising networks, data brokers, or other third parties for commercial purposes.
10. Legal Bases Under GDPR
Where the GDPR applies, we process personal data on one or more of the following legal bases:
Performance of a Contract
Processing your account information, subscription status, and information necessary to provide the Service may be necessary to perform our agreement with you.
Legitimate Interests
We may process limited technical and security information where necessary for legitimate interests such as:
- Maintaining application security
- Preventing abuse
- Troubleshooting
- Maintaining reliability
- Improving application performance
We balance these interests against applicable privacy rights.
Consent

Subscription and transaction-related information may be retained as necessary for accounting, legal, fraud-prevention, customer-support, and entitlement-management purposes.
Technical and diagnostic information may be retained according to the applicable third-party service’s retention practices and our configuration.
We do not intentionally retain VPN browsing history, DNS query history, VPN traffic contents, or websites visited.
13. Data Sharing and Service Providers
We may share or permit access to limited information with service providers that help us operate Tech VPN Pro.
These may include:
- Supabase — account authentication and user account management
- RevenueCat — subscription and in-app purchase entitlement management
- Google Firebase — application diagnostics, performance, reliability, security, and other configured application functions
- Apple — App Store distribution, payments, subscriptions, and related platform functionality
These services receive only information reasonably necessary for their respective functions.
We do not authorize these providers to use your VPN traffic, browsing history, DNS queries, or VPN activity for advertising, profiling, or unrelated commercial purposes.

We may disclose information if required by applicable law, valid legal process, or a lawful governmental request.
Because we do not intentionally log or retain VPN browsing activity, DNS query history, or VPN traffic contents, information that we do not collect or retain cannot be provided.

Xylo Solution LLC is established in the United States.
Our service providers may process information on servers or infrastructure located in countries other than your country of residence.
Where required by applicable law, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers of personal information.

The applicability of Article 27 should be confirmed with qualified privacy counsel before publishing this policy for EU-targeted distribution.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information processed through Tech VPN Pro.
However, no electronic system or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and device.

Tech VPN Pro does not use cookies within the VPN service itself to monitor your VPN browsing activity.
Third-party SDKs may use identifiers or similar technologies as necessary for their configured functions.
If any Firebase or other service is configured for advertising or cross-app tracking, the applicable App Store privacy disclosures and consent requirements will be updated accordingly.

23. Apple VPN Privacy Commitment
Tech VPN Pro is committed to protecting the privacy of VPN users.
We do not sell, use, or disclose VPN user data to third parties for any purpose.
We do not intentionally log or store users’ VPN browsing activity, DNS queries, websites visited, VPN traffic contents, or destination information.
Limited account, subscription, technical, diagnostic, and application information may be processed by service providers such as Supabase, RevenueCat, Firebase, and Apple as necessary to provide the application, authenticate users, manage subscriptions, process purchases, maintain application functionality, provide diagnostics, or comply with legal obligations.
These services are not used by Xylo Solution LLC to collect or analyze users’ VPN browsing activity or VPN traffic.
